案例（疑罪从无）：
Randone 呼叫了救护车，但是当救护车到达时，他的女友Lee已经去世了。在身上发现了300处重击伤和拷打，尸体被送到了法医。
Randone被传唤为蓄意谋杀和拷打，Lee的死因被定义为重击后的窒息。但是，法医在身体中发现了过量的GHB，这改变了最后的判决结果。
因为GHB的存在并不需要证明死因被毒所导致，只需要证明这可能是死因之一，便可以洗清Randone的罪过。
